The Overview
Personalized, concierge, compassionate excellence in web dev space.
Rhami and his team feel like a family to me during the course of our project. I became an Arch Web customer 3 months ago after trying my best to convice Rhami to take on a nontraditional client as they specialize in levaraging conversion for SAAS based businesses. We are a online medical weight loss company- but I knew that I wanted the feel of clean, beautiful SAAS websites. They literally only take on 5 clients at a time and create masterful websites. The amount of attention and direction they give is incredible.
That is their MVP - is that they'll build you a phenomenal website that doubles conversions- or your money back... So it would literally cost you money not to find a highly specialized niched down team like this. Pretty straight forward business decision..
But the thing that pushes Arch Web miles ahead everyone else in this space- I believe is the small client roster. You can jump in with a big agency, but I would find it hard to believe they would be able to handle a project like ours. For context- We started with the design and all the calls and meetings and had a direction that i approved and moved forward and something just wasnt feeling right. As a right brained person - I knew it didnt present how i was wanting, but had no idea what it actually was that i didnt like. We continued down this road for nearly a month, before I reached out to the CEO Rhami for advice. Long story short- His team and I went back to the drawing board [again] and all get on the same page. They come back the next week with not just one, but two completely redesigned websites to have a direction to move forward. There would regularly be multiple collaborators working on our figma that entire time. They came up with masterpieces that I had trouble to decide which I liked better. I would just find it hard to believe that any of the massive agencies would be willing to do this amount of work and put forth a team wide sprint like that (thats all included in the same cost).
Web design is truly an artform. You have to balance aesthetics, copyright, personal preference, conversion metrics, layout, human psychology, etc. to build a website that 'slaps'. There are a lot of great websites and agencies. But the journey to get there is the how website become phenomenal in my opinion. You are comissioning a masterpiece painting and have no idea what you actually want, but the artist is in charge of figuring that out and making it beautiful and functional. The hardest part of their job is that they have to figure out how to do that brand new for each and every client... That is why you become an Archweb customer.
